During this session we will look at how centre of gravity, base of support and weight transfer can be used to make our climbing smooth and stable.
During this session we will look at some techniques, as well as how to use our feet efficiently and with maximum effect.
During this session we will look at the different types of hold & how best to use them, finding rest positions on vertical/slightly overhanging walls and how to use these to maximum effect.
This workshop covers controlling offset balance and opposing forces.
During this session we will look at and practice a variety of techniques on vertical/overhanging walls.
Join a specialist facilitator for a small group workshop focussing on how best to prepare your mindset for climbing and the wellbeing benefits.
The session will include an hour of yoga as well as breathe awareness and mindfulness. You will then have the chance to apply this learning to the wall with support from the coach.
