Nope! We are here to teach you. Of course if you do know how to climb and you are after some advanced technique help then we will always be able to pass something new on that will help get you to the next stage in your climbing.
You’ll need to wear climbing shoes to climb at the centre. If you have your own pair, great! Otherwise climbing shoes can be hired at reception.
Yes, although you can save time and money by registering in advance through our online registration here.
No, unfortunately under 3s are not allowed to enter the climbing area for safety reasons. If you are responsible for supervising a child who is climbing in the centre, you cannot also supervise a child who is not climbing.
Unfortunately not, minors cannot be left unsupervised in the cafe or elsewhere in the centre.
Not at all! Unless it is for a specific class or group, all you need to do is come down when you’re ready.

We reserve the right to record CCTV footage of activities in the centre for security and safety purposes.
